Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CoachOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a coaching institute or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. The Service

CoachOS is a web-based institute management platform that provides tools for student management, attendance tracking, fee collection, parent communication, test management, and related features. The Service is operated by GloberixAI.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service itself at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers in advance of significant changes.

3. Accounts

You must register for an account to use CoachOS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are registering on behalf of an institute, the person registering must have authority to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use CoachOS only for lawful purposes related to operating a coaching or educational institute. You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or sublicense the Service without express written permission
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) through the WhatsApp integration
• Store data unrelated to your legitimate institute management activities

5. Your data

All data you upload to CoachOS — including student records, attendance logs, fee data, and communications — remains your property. We claim no ownership over your data.

You grant GloberixAI a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. This licence ends when you delete your account and your data is purged.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, and for obtaining any required consents from students or parents under applicable law.

6. Payment and billing

CoachOS offers a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions are charged in advance — monthly or annually depending on your billing choice.

Annual subscriptions are prorated if upgraded mid-term. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on annual plans, except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@coachos.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine you have materially violated these Terms, including misuse of the WhatsApp integration or uploading harmful content.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy, then permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

CoachOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for data loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GloberixAI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
