Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to CoachOS, a product of GloberixAI. We've kept it short and fair — if something here doesn't fit your situation, email us and we'll work it out.
2. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of CoachOS Pro features. No credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't choose a plan afterward, your account is simply paused — your data is kept safely and nothing is billed.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription — Basic, Pro, or Premium, monthly or annual — we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@coachos.in with your institute name and we'll process it within 5 business days.
This guarantee applies once per institute, to your first paid plan only.
4. Recurring subscriptions
After the first 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
Monthly plans: cancelling stops next month's charge. Annual plans: cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current term; we don't provide partial refunds for unused months within an annual term, except where the 7-day guarantee in Section 3 applies.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then, with no partial refund for the difference in the current cycle.
6. WhatsApp message top-ups
WhatsApp message top-ups are billed separately from your subscription and are non-refundable once purchased, since messages are billed to us by WhatsApp the moment they're sent on your behalf. Unused top-up messages don't expire and roll over while your account stays active.
7. Exceptions
We may issue a refund outside this policy at our discretion — for example, if you were charged due to a billing error on our part, or a major feature you rely on was unavailable for an extended period due to an outage on our end. Reach out and we'll review it case by case.
8. How to request a refund
Email hello@coachos.in with "Refund request" in the subject line, your institute name, and the reason. We'll respond within 1 business day and, where approved, process refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
