Getting started
No. CoachOS is fully browser-based and works on any phone, tablet, or laptop. There's nothing to install, update, or maintain.
Most owners have their dashboard live and their first batch created within 10–15 minutes of signing up. The 14-day trial begins the moment you sign up.
Yes. We support bulk import via Excel and CSV. Our onboarding team will help you migrate your data for free on any paid plan — typically done within 24 hours.
None at all. If you can use WhatsApp on a smartphone, you can use CoachOS. There are no servers to configure, no databases to manage.
WhatsApp & Communication
We use the official WhatsApp Business API. Connect your business number once, and messages for attendance, fees, and results go out automatically without any manual effort.
No. All parent communication happens over WhatsApp, which every parent already has. There's zero friction on their end.
Yes. Besides automated alerts, you can send custom broadcast messages to all parents or specific batch parents directly from your dashboard.
You'll get a notification when you're at 80% usage. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase a message top-up for that month.
Data & Security
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are fully GDPR-aware and never share or sell your data under any circumstance.
Only you and the staff members you explicitly grant access to. We at CoachOS do not access your student data, financial records, or communications.
Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything as Excel files at any point. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted from our servers.
Yes. Role-based access control lets you define exactly which modules each staff member can view or edit — down to individual permissions.
Billing & Plans
Absolutely. The 14-day free trial includes all Pro features — no credit card required, no commitment whatsoever. Just sign up and start.
The Premium plan supports unlimited branches with separate dashboards per branch and a consolidated owner view so you can see everything at once.
Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, we issue a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
